Initial Meeting
We meet to align on vision, functionality, and scope; ensuring the project is clearly defined before any work begins.
Site Visit
During the site visit, precise measurements are taken and the project vision is reviewed to better understand the space, scope, and constraints. These details allow us to provide an accurate estimate for the project.
Proposal
Upon approval of estimate cost, a detailed, formal proposal is prepared that includes: 3D rendering, outline of the scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment schedule; providing clarity and confidence before moving forward.
Agreement & Deposit
The project is secured with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit; allowing materials to be sourced and production to begin.
Build
Each piece is carefully built by hand with high-quality materials; guided by the approved design and exacting standards.
Installation
The finished work is installed on-site with care and precision; ensuring fit, function, and alignment with the surrounding space.
Quality Check
A final walkthrough ensures every detail meets expectations; finishing touches are completed and feedback is gathered to close the project with confidence.
